Light-touch Healing

I am a hands-on healer. The energy in my hands tingles and heats up when I place them on the body. Once I touch a person, I get impressions: congestions, twisting, streaming energy, blocked energy, pain in my body, even pictures of an event. When the energy releases, the pain diminishes for the client and for me (if I've felt the individuals pain).

My primary modality I work with is CranioSacral therapy. I am Upledger trained in both cranial work and somatoemotional release. The soma holds memory of painful events, which sometimes responds to outside stimulus through the pain body. Cranial work helps to release trauma--pain and emotion at the same time.

With cranial work, the rhythm produced by the cerebral-spinal fluid is felt all over the body. Whereever it is out of balance is where I work; I hold the area, monitoring the rhythm or lack of rhythm, and wait until it releases in a wave of heat, either widening or moving away from the body. Once released, the body shows me where to work next. Each area is connected to the next--everything is tied together when it comes to an injury. Once all the bones and tissue and fluids are balanced, the patient feels open, spacious, and in balanced in space, and deeply relaxed. Usually rest and water are recommended after a treatment.
